26%

Only 26% of autistic adults are in employment

Not due to lack of ability, but because everyday systems and environments are not built for neurodivergent needs

65%

65% of people struggle with routines after brain injury

Of the 1.3 million people in the UK living with brain injury, 65% face function challenges that disrupt routines & independence

We focus on challenges that others don’t see

We analyse the challenges and build solutions using inclusive design principles such as low intensity patterns and colours, clear and uncluttered layouts, predictable journeys and choice but without being overwhelming.

Co-designing with autistic users ensures impact

Individuals with autism often face challenges that are invisible to others. The world around them isn't built with these challenges in mind, but our solutions are.  We aim to make life easier, calmer, and more predictable for neurodivergent people and those who support them
